Project Description

Aegis Shoreline is a 102-unit assisted living building in the Shoreline area north of Seattle, WA. The project was constructed in an environmentally sensitive area. Stateside took every measure to ensure their installations met the expectations of all authorities including the Dept. of Ecology. Among the features this Aegis are Storage Garages, Commercial Kitchen, Dining and Meeting rooms, Theater and Ballroom. The construction of the building is 5a wood frame over structural slab on grade, with grade beams.

This project was completed ahead of schedule.
