Project Description

Axis apartments is a 114 unit building in downtown Seattle. This project features three levels of below grade parking, and 7 stories of studio,one, and two bedroom apartments as well as live/ work lofts. The amenities include games room, mini-theater and a fitness facility. The construction featured two levels of post tension suspended slabs with 5 stories of  type 5 construction above.

This project was completed in 2009.
