Project Description

The Bellettini is a 150-unit luxury assisted living facility in downtown Bellevue Wa. It includes units from 700 sf studios to 2400 sf three bedroom units. There is approximately 7,000 s.f. of tenant space and underground parking. Among the features of the Bellettini are two restaurants, a fitness spa,a salon and spa, library , and brain fitness center. The construction of the building is 4 levels of type 5 over a type 1, suspended slab, and 2 levels of underground parking. The building is outfitted with a stair and elevator pressurization system which was the first of its kind in Bellevue under the then newly adopted 5 over 1 ordinance. A reduced flammability transformer was employed to achieve architectural goals on the north façade of the project
