Project Description

Elements Too is a 274 unit apartment building in downtown Bellevue comprised of two residential towers and a common Atrium space. There is a 23 storey high-rise building and a 17 storey midrise building including 48,000 sf of retail space. The project features amenity space including conference and theater room, games room and a swimming pool, fitness and yoga rooms. The project features 5 levels of below grade parking, with over 400 parking stalls.

The project  was completed in 2009.
