Project Description

Palazzo 1 is a 118 unit condominium building in downtown Bellevue. This project features three levels of below grade parking, two residential towers, retail and commercial space totaling over 370 000 SF. This tower is a type 1 building utilizing traditional steel reinforced concrete slabs. Amenities include a concierge service, great room, business center, fitness center and outdoor garden. There is approximately 20 000 sf of retail and commercial space incorporated into the first two levels.

This project was completed in 2001.
