Project Description

The Sanctuary is the first of two phases of apartment construction in The Landing neighborhood of Renton Wa.  It is a 450 unit apartment building and the project features two buildings above one level of below grade parking, and one level of above grade parking, outdoor swimming pool and spa. There is a clubhouse, amenity space, leasing and conference rooms, 10,000 sf. of retail space and 7 elevators.

This project was built partially concurrently with the first phase of the development to meet the housing demands of an entire new community at The Landing.
